MH ballast

has anyone changed there MH ballast to ice cap ballast? did it make a diif?

Depending on the bulbs you use, there will be a slight difference in color and power output between magnetic and electronic ballasts. If you have an electronic ballast already, you will see very little, if any difference. There is very little difference between any of the electronic ballasts. Depending on the bulb, some perform better with magnetic and some perform better with electronic.
