Micro bubbles from skimmer help

I have a SC Aquarium skimmer for my 39g saltwater tank and I seem to getting a lot of micro bubbles coming from the skimmer and some go into my main tank, it just seem to be to way to many bubbles coming from the skimmer. They say to put the skimmer 6-10 inches above and mines at about 6in please help thanks

That shouldn't be an issue if you have a bubble trap.

It's just baffles. Google should have some pics. I have 2 in my sump.

It would be hard to do that my sump is built in to the tank

You should still be able to do it. Just buy some plexiglass/acrylic and cut it to size and silicone it in.
