My Remora skimmer needs a pump

I am wondering if the maxi jet 1200 pro multi use pump will work it can be used as a powerhead or a pump it looks totally different but it's the only one I can find in Canada

They are sold together on some ebay auctions so I'd imagine that the maxi jet would work. I have a maxi jet 1200 powering my seaclone skimmer and its decent, I hope to get a better skimmer soon though.

Yeah the old maxi jet that's sold with the skimmer is a little different I was wondering if the new maxi jet pro will work
