Nano Cube Led Hood or Nano Tuners 3.6?

Wondering if I should go with the JBJ Led hood for my 24g or go for the Nanotuners 3.6 retro. They are both relatively in the same price range, but the only draw back from the retro is the manual labor and lack of moonlights. JBJ states that the replacement hood will fit on the 24 and 28 (original tank for the led). But the two tanks have different dimensions so I didn't think that the hood would just easily slide on. Anyone have the led hood installed on their 24?
