Need help choosing filter for new 29 gallon

I am upgrading my 20 gallon long to 29 gallon and am trying to find the best filer for it. Any suggestions.

Believe they recommend the overturn to be about 6x

I am leaning more towards a hang on.

Aqua Clears are a very good HOB filter. No filter cartridges to buy, and there is room to add extra media if you want. Very reliable filter. I have some that are at least 15-20 yrs old and still running on the original impeller.
