Welcome to AA! Don't run actinics all day. Try this schedule... Actinics on one hour before 10K's, then 10K's come on for 7 hours with actinics, 10K's go off and actinics stay on for an hour after. You could shorten the actinics to half an hour before and after the 10K's too. Might be a little confusing as I worded that pretty bad. Hope this helps.
