Need to know what type of protein skimmer this is.

So I set up my new 300 gallon with two separate sumps (same configuration on both sides) and got everything hooked up. Only to turn on and find out that my protein skimmer isn’t working right. Plz any help would be greatful!

No I didn’t one side wants to work but the other side doesn’t! Kinda sucks tbh but I’m going to buy another sump set up! I really don’t like how much water and fittings this set up has outside of my sump. A lot of water leaks in the fittings etc. im looking at getting a new setup for 1,500.

What kinda return pump/pumps should I get?
I have two overflows and for return lines in my tank. Two returns on each side.

I run Jeboa DC return pumps .
I use the 12,000 for my 180g with the sump in the basement..
It is digitally controlled so flow is very easy and energy efficient to adjust.
They are also about 1/2 the price of other DC pumps..
