New member - Filter Query

Hello,

Thanks for letting me join!

I have a query around canister filters.

I have two 2000lph canister filters running on a 400l aquarium, I’m thinking that purely for aesthetic reasons I’d like have both outlets connected to the same spray bar (one at each end of the spray bar) do you think this would cause any issues? Am I better off just having two spray bars?

I would do separate spray bars. It is possible the back pressure created by combining the flow into a single spray bar would decrease the flow overall.
If you do this, I would bore out the existing holes and/or create more holes so that it can handle the flow.
