Exclamation New skimmer in new tank setup .. adjusting ??

i got a new air stone skimmer in a new tank (cycling)
i fixed it make the water level below the collection cup
i started my pump and that make the water level rises in the tube about 1 cm above water level ... sooooo ... what to do next and how to adjust ?????
bubbles now are under the level of the cup bottom but not reaching the top yet ???

It will take up to two weeks or so for a new skimmer to break in. You wont have any luck adjusting it now most likely.

You also have a new tank so there isnt much to skim yet.
