I just bought a new 180 gal tank. I didn't get to inspect the tank real good where I picked it up from since they were kind of swamped, but I got home and noticed a 3-4" crack coming from one of the corners on the bottom. Now, I'm not totally panicking because the bottom is double layered and the crack looks to be only on the inside layer. My question is, what would you do in this situation? Should I feel comfortable using some strong silicone and moving on with life?

new tank, return it...I see you picked it up....I wouldn't trust it, I do have a 125 that i silicone glass over 2 openings..

I second this, I'd return it also. No sense in taking a chance. I know it's a pain cuz it weighs a ton, but better than 180g of water flooding your house one morning
