new toys

In the mail today I received my new koralia powerhead which I have installed in my 26G SW tank (there was no powerhead at all before) and I could be imagining it but my fish seem to be hanging out in the front of the tank more - where they used to always hang in the back corners. Could increased flow cause that?

I also got a maxi-jet 1200 to help with mixing SW for PWCs. I've mixed up a batch and it's being stirred around - I just need to figure out what size tubing I need to get it from the bucket into the tank - 1/2"?

And last but not least, a refractometer! I haven't tried it out yet.

I'm only a month into this hobby and ridiculously excited about these new toys. Watch out, savings account.
