Octopus needelwheel 150 skimmer question

I am just starting to do a 40g setup and would like to know if getting the octopus 150 skimmer is good? planning on building a sump and putting it in the sump. What do you guys think about this skimmer, I really dont want to spend too much for a skimmer. If not this skimmer, could you guys recommend a skimmer for my 40g thanks.
