Ok I have lights narrowed down to two:

or

Current USA Satellite 48" 2 x 65 Watt Power Compact-Single Strip W/2 Lunar Lights at Big Al's Online

Which would be better overall for a FOWLR tank with maybe an anemone. (I know they need reef lighting but I don't want to get MH and stuff..)

For a 75, neither is enough for an anemone. The T5 fixture is not a T5HO so the power compact fixture is the better of the 2.

I agree. In a 75 gallon you're either going to need a bunch of HO T5s, or MH, to keep an anemone.
