Opinion Needed - Turbo co2 Biosystem

Hi,

Newb here so bear with me. I am about to start up a 30g Planted FW Tank. I will probably go with low-maintenance plants but I would like to get some sort of inexpensive CO2 system. What is everyone's opinion on the Turbo CO2 Biosystem:

Turbo CO2 Bio System - up to 40 gallons

Will it be enough? Are there better options out there?

i found the venturi pump if hooked up to a timer had a hard time starting every time it was off..Better a 2 litre coke bottle and a powerhead.
