Penguin 150 w/biowheel

Hey guys. Well I just got my penguin in today from bigals and installed it onto my 10 gallon. Now my concern is that it is way too much filter for my fish. I have four neons, one blue, and one black neon tetras in there along with a common pleco (1.5 inch). Now I know he is gonna outgrow the tank I have a 55 also. Anyway, it seems like my tetras never get to relax now. Could this possibly have been too much of a filter for the 10 gallon? It is 150 gallons per hour which is a 15x turnover. I just don't want them to have to constantly be fighting the current if it is too much. Any advice?? If you think this is normal let me know. TIA

They're fish. Swimming is what they do. I'd only worry if they look tired, drifting around in the current, or huddling in low-current corners. If they're swimming right up by the filter output, then they're just having fun.
