Q do you have a replacement magnetic impeller assembly that will fit a marineland penguin 330 filter?
i understand the 330 is discontinued, but i cannot find any magnetic impeller assembles anywhere. what am i to do?

No, we do not. That filter has been gone almost 20 years. If your impeller finally bit the dust, you could try the Penguin 200 to see if it will operate with that impeller. If not, then I would recommend buying a new filter.
