Penquin 1140 attachment?

I hate these suctions cups but I'm not 100% sold on siliconing the suction cups either...

Is there a better way to mount on glass?

Recent improvements or new mounting attachments perhaps?

Nobody knows anything about magnetic holders. I've heard reference to magnetic holder but no matter what UI google I haven't so much as seen a picture.

These are not filters, I use them as water movers
