Piping

i'm using pvc piping for my tank, and i was wonder if i should glue the pipes together to prevent leaks

what kind of glue should i use?

pvc glue from hd/lowes, let it cure for a while before you add any water

I only glue the plumbing located outside the sump. Reason being is so that I can remove the piping in the sump if I had to do some work.

Look for PVC Cement and Primer.
