Planted tank lighting

Ok im old school n used to watts per gallon. Kirsty getting back into it after years. How do you calculate what you Neff for Lighting in a tank for plants im looking to plant low-med plants. It's a 30 gallon or 113 liters. Light used top be 1-2 watts a balloon but with led I heard that doesn't hold anymore. Any direction would be great ty

Low demand plants 10 to 20 lumens per litre. Medium demand plants 20 to 40 lumens per litre. x4ish to convert to gallons.
