A friend of mine asked me to install a filter for his pond. Its a triangular pond 7' x 7' x 7' with a depth of 2'.

I followed some formula to get the volume of the pond and it came out to 43G which is way off I think. I need some suggestions on an easy to maintain filter good for that pond size. Thanks.

the volume it gave you is in cubic feet, just multiple that by 7.48 (which is the gallons in a cubic foot), so just over 320 gallons. Anyways, i dont really have much experience with ponds so bump?

Get a 1000gal pump and a bio media filter box

If it's a outdoor pond. You need a good pump and filter. The sun will make the water green
