Possible tank break

So my 20 gal standard has a glass chip on the back top-middle corner where the silicon meets the two glass panes. The chip is about three inches below from where the water line is. Will the water pressure cause an eventual leak?

Probably not especially if it doesn't go all the way to the inside.

I have the same issue on my 280 gallon, and it has been fine for months. I thought I was going to loose the tank. But it seems to be fine!
