power compact bulbs

Hey guys if i got all six bulbs from this set 50/50 for a coralife power compact four bulbs unit, for a standard 55 gal tank, will it support soft corals like leathers, zoanthids, frogspawn and hammers?

Why go with 50/50 when you can do a dusk/dawn effect by using half actinic and hal 19k bulbs.
Are these t65w bulbs?
You shoud be fine for mushrooms and most softies with that amount of light.
