Power Head??
Is the Marineland Penguin 1140 Power Head to powerful for my 29gal FOWLR? The GPH is 300. Or should i have two Hagen AquaClear Power Heads rated for 175 GPH. Would one be enough?

Two would be better than one. You want to create a 'chaotic' water flow. Pointing 2 at each other or pointing both the center of the front glass does that.
