Powerhead
How many gallons per hour should my powerhead move for my 10 gallon tank with 1 medium piece of live rock? I havea maxi-jet 900 powerhead from my friend that moves 230 gph but is too powerful and just kicking up loads of sand so i need a new one i guess. Any suggestions?

Maybe get more live rock to cover the ground. More flow + more live rock is pretty much always = win
