I would get the smaller of the two then if I had to choose. You're already at about 13-15 turnover rate so adding another would put you at about 28-29.
I would get a koralia nano if extra flow is necessary.

Yes, that one will get you at just the right flow for a FOWLR.

marinedepot, dr. foster and smith's and amazon is where I get most of my stuff. But that's for stuff my LFS won't have (which is a rare occurrence)

houston is a bigger market then where im from so i think marinedepot is the spot for me.

and are these power heads plug and play. or do i need a control box. im looking for one that i can suction/magnet to the tank plug the cord in and it works.
