Powerheads

I was just wondering if you turn your Powerheads off at night? Or just when feeding?

My FW tank has one canister output equal to a power head and that mainly stays on except for feeding. Off at moment as trying to get some plants to root.

I turn them off when I feed and turn them off if the fish seem to be tired from fighting the current. Usually I dont though because most of them get smart enough to find where there is less current.
