Prizm skimmer

I picked up a prizm skimmer for my 26 gallon tank, but i am having difficulty adjusting the flow rate/bubble count and i can't seem to get decent skimmate from it. does anyone have any suggestions on any simple fixes or easy modifications to improve performence?

Unfortunately, the Prizm is not really a good skimmer. I had 1 when they 1st came out. The only adjustments you can make is turning the knob on the intake pipe which will raise or lower the water level inside the skimmer. You want to water line/bubble line to be about 1/2 up the neck of the skimmer.
