Protein skimmer

I have a pro clear 75 sump w/ a built in skimmer. I just turned on the pump to the skimmer (which is a rio 600) and there are alot of bubbles in the tank now. If anyone is knows the system im using or can help me out it would be a great help.

If the skimmer is new, it needs a week or 2 to beak in. You will have microbubbles until then.
