i know this topic has def been up before. but quick question
how do i know how much foam should be coming out? like how fast should the cup be filling up? my tests all come back perfect so not sure if i should touch it.

mine usually doesnt get a chance to fill up before i do a water change or something that messes it up lol, so maybe like... 1/2 a cup per week?

it also depends on how watery it is. some times ill have it adjusted so its a really thick sludge only an inch or so deep, other times its more watery and like 2 or 3 inches deep (i have a coralife superskimmer 65 for reference)

I would say you shouldnt need to empty the cup more than 1 time per week or 2
