Dont know if you read a post I had up last week but I got a free skimmer from my friend. Its a "lee's" skimmer that takes the older wooden air stones. I got it all set up liek it shows on the box and it says too. BUt heres the thing. Theres 2 valves that connect to the air pump. But he didnt give me them and doesnt have any. I went and got a 2 way one where you can ajust the air flow. Heres how I set it up http://img407.imageshack.us/my.php?image=skimmer5nf.jpg
now the problem is I can get both the air stone to get air and the bubbles to go up the right side. What would you do to make this work? or does it matter the air is going up the same side as the stone? I tried to make the right air flow. It worked for like 2 minutes then you see the air slow down then go backwards and get sucked up the stone chamber. ideas? Sorry if my typing messed I was in a hurry to go out.
