Pump size

Need advice on size and brand of pump i need to support 120 g fowlr salt water, 20 gal sump, 6 foot head adjustment.

I have a 125 gallon reef and I have 2 pumps returning water in my sump. I have a mag 12 and a mag 9.5 returning water to the tank. You have two overflows in your tank?

No just one overflow, think I need 2? Im in the process of converting into a sump with overflow, just tryin to get some design ideas.
