I have had a python for a month or two, every time that I leave the faucet on for more than a couple of minutes (with the end of the python turned off) then when I go to turn the python on the little lever blows out of its socket (aka water EVERYWERE!). Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix this?

Mine never would hold up to the pressure...I always just put the hose in the tank, then turn on the water.

Its too bad it isn't built better. This is the only flaw I have found in it. Anyways thanks for the reply, I will just have to be more careful to not let the pressure build up. Thanks again

Yeah I don't use that thing either, I just fold the hose over.

I didn't think of that! The valve works fine if I just don't let the pressure build up. But the very second it does build up... KABOOM! I just can't help but think that there is a way to reinforce it or something...
