Quarantine tank

I'm thinking of getting a quarantine. To help with disease and fish introduction. What is an adequate size tank I need for this.
Thanks Russ

Depends on the type of fish you plan on keeping or already have.

I use a 5.5 gallon. I have small fish though such as swordtails and cories.

Depends on the sizes and number of fish being quarantined. Usually a 10 gallon is adequate for a short time. The smaller size is preferable as a hospital tank because you'll need less meds.
