Question about hang on Refugium

What do you guys think about this hang on Refugium with skimmer for my 60g tank, and what should I put in the Refugium part?

Nowhere near big enough to actually help with much. IMO I'd save my money and buy a nice skimmer. That will help a lot more

You can put macro algae or live rock rubble in the refugium.
