Question about My Filtration

Alright my question is, Is the filtration that i have on my 55 Gallon efficient or not? I say Yes but I always love others opinions as long as they are not HATEFUL..LOL.

I`m a LR and a skimmer person. Had that on my 55 for 7 yrs before I got the 125 I have now. I really dont see anything wrong with what you have. If it works it works.

Sweet Thanks for the Comment. I know obv that LR is a filter, but in your opinion how good of a job does it do? And the live rock i have is like FIJI LR, Im not talkin about with corals or anything just the live rock?

The combo of LR and sand serve as a great filter. I use a fluvial filter on my tanks. I find they give me the option to run media, like GAC and purigen.
