You mean a filter, or just an additional air pump?
If it's just an additional air pump, it'd be fine, dependingon what you are wanting to run.
If it's going to be your main means of filtration, then no. Tanks should generally be "turned over" about 7 times an hour. Meaning should have atleast 140
GPH.
