Quick Dip Aquarium Multi-Test Kit

ok i got my first test kit ever and well the pamphlet with what all those colors mean seems to be missing, and i'm rather annoyed, my ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite all read perfect from what i can see on the side of the box but i don't know what my alkalinty, ph or hardness is since none of the colors match whats on the box. i feel pretty stupid not checking for it before i bought it

does anyone have a pic of the pamphlet that i could use as a referance?

it's this one btw

thanks in advance ^___^
