Recirc Pump Size

I am building a fuge which will house a chamber (post fuge chamber) for a recirculating pump for a protein skimmer, uv, and a phosban reactor... to recirculate back to the supoply chamber in the sump. My return pump back to the tank is 1000 gph.

What flow rate should my recirc pump be at?
