Recommended bio media for Rena FilStar xP Canister Filters?

What is your recommendation on biological media for the Rena FilStar xP Canister filter? I know the Rena ceramic bio media works, but any other recommendations?

EDIT:
I am doing this on a Rena FilStar xP3 on a 75 gallon tank, I am planning to do lots of aquarium plants.

I use the fluval rings and the coralife bio balls. Personnally, I like the ceramic rings better because they sink. The floating bioballs aggrevate me at filter maintenance time. But, I hear the ceramic rings break down over time where the bioballs don't so much.

I use the Coralife bioballs in my XP2 with no problems...the baskets have dividers to prevent the balls from floating, Neilan :P
