Reef octopus protein skimmer?
Good evening I need to purchase a protien skimmer for my 55 gallon reef aquarium... I have done much research and have finally chosen the reef octopus classic bh90 skimmer or the classic bh1000 skimmer. The bh90 is rated for the 75 gallon tank and the bh1000 is rated for 100 gallons, however I've always had the circular skimmers and the bh1000 is like a rectangle does it work differently? And what are your comments about these two skimmers?
