The search doesn't seem to be working but...

I was intending on using a utility lamp for my 20 gallon refugium that I'll have mangroves, chaeto, and possibly some type of grass. What type of bulb would I need to provide adequate light? The lamp takes a "regular" light bulb up to 250 watts. Would a 15 watt CFL be enough or a 125 watt heat bulb or do I need to purchase a "grow" bulb of some sort.

thanks

I use a 6500K 26w (comparable to 100w incandescent) spiral CFL.
