rena xp3 cleaning

i have noticed a lot of buidup in the inlet and outlet tubes of my filter i cleaned the foam today when i put the top part where the tubes go and pushed the lever down to start the sifon to fill the fillter alot of crap cam out of the outlet tub through the spraybar is there any way to clean the tubs out with out haveing to actualy take them off ?

It is easier and cleaner to take them off to clean. Otherwise you're going to blow all of the gunk into the tank.

I have the same thing happening with mine. I have found about every couple of months I remove the clips and tubes to clean out. The easyest way I have found is to use a toothbrush. Just push it in all the way in tube and use water pressure from sink sprayer or water hose to push the toothbrush through the tube. It works great and does'nt take much time at all.
