return pump advice.

Hey I need some advice on getting a new return pump. My tank is 180g sump is 30gal I run my gfo reactor and my cal reactor off the return. I had a mag 24 in there and seems to have done fine up till yesterday when the shaft snapped. This is the second time its had a problem. What would be a good pump to replace it with? My sump is a adhi and has the bulkhead on the end so I could do external also. Whats the best for flow and low cost of running it?
