I'm building a 10 gallon on a $100 budget. I ordered Nova Extreme T5's 24", got the tank, silicone, acrylic, and fine aragonite sand. I'm trying to limit all the extra expenses so I decided to build an AIO peninsula tank. For the return I am reusing my Rio 1100+ I got a while back from a used tank. It is rated at 380gph. Is this too much flow?

Stock plans are current zoas, acans, and torch that will be moving in once the tank is set up. I plan on adding more live rock, and maybe an SPS or two and then fill it with more zoas and other LPS.

I do have some spare nano cube 28 pumps. Well more like one. The other is broken.

Any thoughts on whether I should continue to use the Rio 1100+ or switch to the Nano Cube pump?
