Double check the filter orientation and tightness. It could also be a wrong filter for your canister. What is the tds from your faucet?

Tds from faucet is 256 and if it's getting air that could cause it to read wrong possibly?

If filter does not fit exactly with canister or misaligned then some of the 256 tds would leak or by passing your filter.
