Safe paint or dye

Are there any safe paints or dyes that I can use to dye the white PVC in my tank? I have heard of using the purple primer from the pvc cement kit but I am looking more for a black or blue color! Thanks Brice

Krylon Fusion should work ok if you let it set for several days.

RUST-OLEUM Protective Enamel. I allow to set for 24hrs even though it can be submerged after just 1 hour. If you want to spend some cash then: Aquatic Eco-Systems: Sweetwater® Epoxy Paints, 1 Gallon , but it's good stuff.
