Scratch removal on bow front tanks glass

How hard would it be to remove/reduce the scratches on the feont of this 72g bowfront? Seller had salt & fresh water in & because of scratching is selling for $100 & if removal/reducing is simple/easy/cheap would be willing to bargain for itClick image for larger version

Depends on how bad it is inside or outside. I've used toothpaste on mine on the outside, if you do it a few times it fills it in pretty good for a while. There's steps you gotta do to get it right. Google it in diy glass scratch remover. I don't know if it's safe for the inside though.
