Scratches on inside of glass

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of scratches that are on the inside of the tank? It's already stocked and running so I can't do anything to extreme that will harm the fish. Unfortunately I didn't notice all the scratches till after everything was set up :/

Umm I'm not even sure.. I bought it used. I believe it is glass. There is wood trim around it, and a center brass in the middle. All I know is that there are a lot of scratches

Are the scratches deep? If you run a fingernail over them, does your nail catch?

As far as I know it's tough to remove deep scratches from glass.

No they are not deep. Just minor scratches but very noticeable here is a picture
