Seabray Elite dimensions

I have just seen a great deal on a Seabray Elite 48inch tank with cabinet. I wondered if anyone knew the complete dimensions of the cabinet including the depth of the lip on the base as I am trying to work out if it will fit in a particular space in my lounge? I have looked online but can only find the dimensions of the tank itself.

Thanks in advance.

I only also saw, 30 inch height without the width dimensions - the pics definitely look like it sticks out an inch or 1.5 inches on each side at the top and a little at the bottom.
