setting up an easy c02 bubble counter

Need help wanting to make a easy bubble counter

I am new to this I am wanting to know if there is anyway to make a bubble counter for c02 I have a ten gsl tank and am trying to grow moss I was wanting to buy a bubble ladder I seen on ebay and i looks easy to set up but I bought a glass difusser but dont know how to set it up and help would be helpful

Are you using a DIY system or a pressurized system?
